The Front Desk is the first and last contact between the hotel and the customers. It is also the core of the customer care during their stay. Therefore the Front Office agent should ensure the correct operation of the front desk department. He/She should follow the standards of quality and services defined by the Central Offices.
His/her education level should be MBO or HBO of Hotel Management School or equivalent, should have experience with Opera and office package. The Front Office Agent should speak perfect English and Dutch, and able to work on shift including weekends on rotation.
